All supplies should be new or lightly used. In some cases, the supplies should always be new such as sticky notes or paper. If donating items such as calculators or computers, please make sure that they are fully functional. The accepted donations are not limited to this list, however, this should give you a good idea of what we are looking to collect.

CURRENT AND UPCOMING PROJECTS

Charlotte Marathon Volunteering

Members volunteered at the 2025 Charlotte Marathon by setting-up the finish line and organizing medals for the raced, raising $500+ to donate to a Title I elementary schools.

Parkwood Middle School Donation

Partnered with UCPS to donate $2,000 of school supplies to Parkwood Middle thanks to the donations of Weddington Key Club, Mu Alpha Theta, and Entrepreneurship Club.

Weddington Key Club Partnership #3

Partnered with Weddington Key Club to collect and package $1,500 in school supplies for our donation to Parkwood Middle.

Pickleball Night

Held a community pickleball night to attract volunteers and raise awareness for supporting local Title I schools.

Individual Donations

Donated individual packages of school supplies so parents could support their kids at the beginning of the school year.

Volunteered at the Union County Back to School Bash, helping organize supplies for hundreds of Union County families participating.

UCPS "Family Fun Fest" Donation

Partnered with UCPS to donate $1,000 of school supplies to the Family Fun Fest.

Organized and packed supplies for our donation to the UCPS Family Fun Fest.

Summer Social Gathering

Hosted summer social gathering event for current and past members. Made goody bags for students and cards for teachers.

Took part in the Funtastic Fest hosted by Project Shooting Stars, where we ran two booths and raised $200.
