All supplies should be new or lightly used. In some cases, the supplies should always be new such as sticky notes or paper. If donating items such as calculators or computers, please make sure that they are fully functional. The accepted donations are not limited to this list, however, this should give you a good idea of what we are looking to collect.
CURRENT AND UPCOMING PROJECTS
December Check Donations
Partnered with UCPS to provide a $2,000 check to Sardis Elementary and a $450 check to Walter Bickett Elementary. Special thanks to the Charlotte Marathon and Turkey Trot for providing these contributions.
Winter Pickleball Nights
Held pickleball nights in October, November, and December to attract members and raise support for local Title I schools.
Charlotte Turkey Trot
Members volunteered with RunningWorks at the 2025 Charlotte Turkey Trot, raising $2,000 to donate to Title I elementary schools.
Walter Bickett Elementary School Donation
Partnered with UCPS to donate $500 in school supplies to Walter Bickett Elementary. Special thanks to RunningWorks, Weddington Mu Alpha Theta and Weddington Key Club for their contributions towards this donation!
Thanksgiving Event
Hosted a Thanksgiving event where members packed supplies, made cards for teachers and enjoyed some food!
Charlotte Marathon Volunteering
Members volunteered at the 2025 Charlotte Marathon by setting-up the finish line and organizing medals for the raced, raising $500+ to donate to a Title I elementary schools.
Parkwood Middle School Donation
Partnered with UCPS to donate $2,000 of school supplies to Parkwood Middle thanks to the donations of Weddington Key Club, Mu Alpha Theta, and Entrepreneurship Club.

Weddington Key Club Partnership #3
Partnered with Weddington Key Club to collect and package $1,500 in school supplies for our donation to Parkwood Middle.
Pickleball Night
Held a community pickleball night to attract volunteers and raise awareness for supporting local Title I schools.
Individual Donations
Donated individual packages of school supplies so parents could support their kids at the beginning of the school year.
Fall Packing and Card Events
Organized supplies for our upcoming donations and made cards to give to elementary school teachers..
Union County Back to School Bash
Volunteered at the Union County Back to School Bash, helping organize supplies for hundreds of Union County families participating.
UCPS "Family Fun Fest" Donation
Partnered with UCPS to donate $1,000 of school supplies to the Family Fun Fest.
Packing Event for "Family Fun Fest" Donation:
Organized and packed supplies for our donation to the UCPS Family Fun Fest.
Summer Social Gathering
Hosted summer social gathering event for current and past members. Made goody bags for students and cards for teachers.

Partnered with UCPS to donate $1,000 of school supplies to East Elementary.
Weddington High School NHS Drive
Partnered with the National Honor Society of Weddington High School to collect school supplies for our next donation.
Winter 2024 Porter Ridge Donation
Partnered with UCPS to donate $1,000 of school supplies to Porter Ridge Elementary.
Packing Event for Porter Ridge Donation
Members sorted and packaged supplies for our donation to Porter Ridge Elementary.
Fall 2024 Forest Hill Donation
Donated $300 of school supplies to Forest Hill Elementary in Morganton, NC.

Took part in the Funtastic Fest hosted by Project Shooting Stars, where we ran two booths and raised $200.
